If you would like to permanently delete your Direct Home Service (DHS) account, please complete the form below. Deletion is irreversible. All account data (jobs, estimates, invoices, crew information) will be removed. Processing takes up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Account Deletion Request Form Complete all required fields so we can verify ownership and process your request safely. About account deletion Timeframe: We begin processing within 7 business days; deletion completes within 30 days of verification. Data removed: profile, credentials, saved jobs, estimates, invoices, schedules, and crew assignments. Legal retention: Some billing/transaction records may be retained to meet tax or legal obligations. Irreversible: Deletion cannot be undone. Exports should be requested prior to submission.
