Welcome to Direct Home Service Referral Program! Our program is designed to help other small businesses thrive with our all-in-one business management software. When you refer someone to Direct Home Service, both you and the person you refer receive amazing benefits. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word!
WHAT YOU GET
What You Get from Referrals
Account Owners
- Three Free Months of Service: Both you and your referral will receive three free months of our service once they make their first payment.
- Monthly Plan: Get a credit for three months’ worth of service on your next bill.
- Annual Plan: Receive a credit equal to 3/12th of your yearly subscription on your next bill.
Credits are based on your most recent payment and adjusted accordingly if you change your subscription level. Credits are applied after promotions, taxes, or additional costs.
Admins and Employees
- $100 Visa Gift Card: Receive a $100 USD Visa gift card for each successful referral. Plus, the person you refer will get three free months of our service.
Gift cards will be issued 30 days after the referred account makes their first payment.
Refer Another Company
How to Refer Another Company
Referring another company to Direct Home Service is easy and highly appreciated! Here’s how:
- Click the Gear Icon > Refer a Company: Navigate to the Referral Program page.
- Share Your Code: Share your unique referral code with the company you refer.
- Copy the URL: Share the signup URL with your referral. When they sign up, their account will automatically be marked as referred by you.
- Social Icons: Use social icons to share your referral link on platforms like email, SMS, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Applying a Referral Code
If you’ve been referred to Direct Home Service, apply your referral code easily:
- Click the Gear Icon > Account and Billing: Navigate to your account settings.
- Enter the Referral Code: Input your referral code under the Referral Code section.
- Click Submit Code: Apply your referral code.
Referrals in the App
You can also refer someone right from our app:
- Open the App and Select More from the Bottom Menu: Then, select Refer a Company.
- Choose Your Sharing Method: Share your referral code via email, SMS, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
- Preview the Message: Preview the message before sharing.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Monitoring Your Referrals
Keep track of your referrals and rewards:
- Referral Status: Monitor whether your referrals have signed up and made their first payment.
- Earned Rewards: Track the rewards you’ve earned from successful referrals, such as free months of service or gift cards.
Eligibility
- Use a referral code at any time during sign-up, your trial period, or within the first 90 days of your paid subscription.
- Referred accounts must be new users to qualify.
- Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are granted at the discretion of Direct Home Services.
