Request Permanent Deletion of Your DHS Account

We respect your privacy. If you would like to permanently delete your Direct Home Service (DHS) account, please complete the form below.

  • Deletion is irreversible.
  • All account data (jobs, estimates, invoices, crew information) will be removed.
  • Processing takes up to 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

About account deletion

  • Timeframe: We begin processing within 7 business days; deletion completes within 30 days of verification.
  • Data removed: profile, credentials, saved jobs, estimates, invoices, schedules, and crew assignments.
  • Legal retention: Some billing/transaction records may be retained to meet tax or legal obligations.
  • Irreversible: Deletion cannot be undone. Exports should be requested prior to submission.

Send your request from your registered account email to account-deletion@directhomeservice.com. Include your full name and phone number. We’ll reply with next steps.

In-app option
Open the DHS app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to request deletion from within the app.
