Account Deletion Policy
Requesting Account Deletion
Direct Home Service values your privacy and provides you with the ability to permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
You can request deletion in two ways:
- In the DHS App
- Open the Direct Home Service app
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request
- On Our Website (Manual Request)
- Complete our Account Deletion Request Form Or email us directly at account-deletion@directhomeservice.com using the email address associated with your DHS account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile, login credentials, and saved information (including jobs, estimates, invoices, and crew assignments) will be permanently removed.
- Any billing information will be securely deleted, except where retention is legally required (e.g., tax or compliance laws).
- Deletion is irreversible. Once complete, your account cannot be restored.
Processing Timeline
- We will review your request and begin processing within 7 business days.
- Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
