Direct Home Service offers only 1 plan: One Plan, All Features. Because we believe even the smallest of companies should have all the features they need to grow their business at an affordable price.

There are no commitments or contracts.

  • Direct Home Service monthly subscribers are free to cancel their subscription at any point without incurring any penalties. 
  • Direct Home Service annual subscribers are billed for the full year and may cancel their subscription at any time.  Early cancellation fees/penalties may apply.  

Refunds or credits to not apply to partially used months of service or unused months of service.

For 30 days, you have complete access to all features of Direct Home Service, and you don’t need a credit card.

After your trial concludes, billing will be based on the number of users and preferred subscription plan (i.e., Monthly, Annual) selection.

As your trial comes to an end, we’ll remind you to submit your billing details. This information can be entered on the account billing page.

If your trial comes to an end and you haven’t updated your billing details, rest assured, we’ll maintain your account information.  You need only access your account billing page and enter your billing information to continue using Direct Home Service.

Yes. Direct Home Service supports Spanish and can be set up as multilingual so each user will see the software in their preferred language.
